Welcome to Sammy’s Super Friends!
Sammy’s Super Friends are a group of people who get together to complete the San
Diego Triathlon (SDTC) either as individuals or in relay teams. We do this to raise
money for the Challenged Athletes Foundation (CAF) in support of Sammy, our Super
Friend and Betty and Shawn’s Daughter.

If you've participated in the past, the event is shorter this year. This is an amazing
event and a great cause but there are also some other great reasons to join us:

Who is Sammy? - 5 year old Samantha Wageman is a lower arm amputee who does
an amazingly beautiful job living life to its fullest everyday!
